Compasionate care for every journey

Some of the reasons parents may seek play therapy for their child include:

  • Life Changes & Events

  • Anxiety, Worries & Fears

  • Navigating Neurodiversity

  • Social Emotional struggles

  • Depression & Behavioral outbursts

  • Important Transitions

  • Bullying

  • Trauma

Play therapy is the most natural form of therapy for children. It is their main language when it comes to processing their emotions, life circumstances or any confusing events. Through play therapy, children can learn coping skills and self-regulation, increasing confidence and mastery over life.

Child Psychotherapy/ Play Therapy

My main focus is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel seen and heard, a place that will encourage you to be able to explore what you are struggling with, or what seems a bit too much right now. Together, we’ll explore healthier ways to navigate challenges and emotions, helping you reconnect with your life and move forward with confidence and growth.

Adult Psychotherapy

Some reasons why adults seek therapeutic services:

  • Mood & Stress Concerns: Anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation

  • Life Events & Transitions: Grief and loss, life/role transitions, divorce, infidelity

  • Relationships & Family: Difficulties in one’s family of origin, conflict and communication struggles

  • Trauma & Recovery: Trauma, abuse, toxic parenting, childhood bullying

  • Health-Related Challenges: Coping with chronic illness, cancer support, caregiver stress

  • Neurodivergence & Identity: Navigating emotional impact of ADHD, autism spectrum, learning differences and related challenges

My work alongside adolescents through my career has focused on offering a safe, private space where they can explore and understand complex thoughts and emotions, connect with who they are and build confidence in their unique strengths.

Many are the reasons why adolescents seek therapy. Some need help navigating school stress, social anxiety, relationship changes, negative beliefs about themselves, breakups…

My aim is to accompany them through these difficult moments and offer, through talk therapy and the expressive arts, a therapeutic outlet to gain new coping strategies and healthy habits to regain a sense of well-being.
